to place an order:

	select the lots you want from the stock page. Only select lots that are marked "for sale" (as opposed to "sold" - duh!)
	write down the lots reference number and prices (A MUST!)
	go to the order form and fill it using the notes you made
	hit submit
	allow 1 to 4 days for my reply
	if you do not hear back from me within 4 days, email me back by returning to this page and clicking here. On occasion an order submission might not go through. So it is OK to follow up!
	if you were the first customer to submit an order for the lot, I will email you to let you know
	if someone else snatched the lot(s) before you did and the lots you selected have been sold, I will email you to let you know.
	so either way you should get an email from me. If you don't it means your order form got lost in cyber space. Email me to follow up by returning to this page and clicking here
	DO NOT send payments unless I have replied and confirmed you got the lots.

	Please don’t submit your order until you have made up your mind as to what to order. Due to the volume of orders I single handedly process, I am unable to go back and forth about betta orders. You will also be given the option to add bettas to your order so there will be room for changing your order later.
	Please don’t submit an order unless you are serious about buying the bettas. (pretty pleeeEEEeeease??). There is a $20 cancellation fee if you flake. Fee may be waved under the right circumstances (for example if you had a really GOOD reason to cancel your order). However, if you flake on me without notice, Bettatalk will black list you and I will not reply to your next attempt to order bettas from me. Please be considerate and responsible. Thank you.
	Please don’t order bettas that are in my catalogue, my photo album or in your imagination but not on my stock for sale page :). IF IT'S NOT CURRENTLY ON THE STOCK FOR SALE PAGE, IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. (hum... what part of NO exactly did you not understand? :) )
	Please do not email me betta 'wish lists' or email me to ask me to let you know when I will have the above mentioned 'wish list'. I 'wish' I could, but I just DON'T have the time for that. Hence it is your sole responsibility to keep on top of the stock for sale page and to order promptly. To be fair to all customers, I cannot give you special treatment to help you get the bettas before others do. I have established a fair and simple system to order bettas, so everybody must comply with it and use the order form. First come first serve.
	Remember that reading the home page "News Flash" column is always a good idea. It will give you advance warning when I am about to post new bettas, and other important news which may affect your ordering bettas from me (for example, if I am leaving town, if I am sick, if I have been committed LOL.). So always check the home page!
	To help me serve you faster, always use the same email account to email me from. All orders are filed by screen name, so switching screen names on me can cause a lot of confusion !
	Last but not least: ALWAYS PASTE A COPY OF MY LAST EMAIL IN YOUR REPLIES! If you don't, I will not have a clue as to what you are emailing about. I get far too many emails now a day to remember what each one was about.
